This five session program is a deep dive into your personalized nutrition and wellness plan so you can take control of your health! It’s designed to be customized to meet your needs. 

This package includes:

  • Five 45-minute coaching sessions. We will identify your nutrition and wellness goals and discuss how to implement easy changes, with plenty of time and support to address any challenges you’re facing and adjustments you can make to set you up for success on your wellness journey! We’ll dive into all aspects of your wellness including sleep, movement, and stress reduction. You choose how we structure your five sessions - we can talk shop, do a grocery trip together to demystify product labels and optimize shopping, tackle kitchen organization, or do a yoga and meditation session together!

  • Menu plans, complete with healthy and delicious recipes

Are you looking for a little guidance to improve your overall wellness? This is the perfect place to start. We’ll examine your current diet and your future goals, then alchemize science and the art of cooking to create a meal plan tailored to fit you and your lifestyle.

  • Diving deep into your nutritional and wellness goals

  • Completion of a 7-day food journal (this is easy-peasy, you just write down what you eat. No judgment here! I ate a ham and cheese croquette with dinner last night. It was delicious AND I’d write it in my food journal, then use a few tricks to help balance all that fatty indulgence.)

  • One 30-minute virtual call to discuss your goals
